(1) All applications for registration of names in the register under sub-section (1) of section 14 shall be forwarded directly to the registrar and the registrar shall submit all applications to the committee appointed by the council for this purpose.

(2) The committee will report everything to the Kholi Council after thoroughly examining whether the applicant is a qualified person as written in the schedule and whether his application is in order.

(3) Under sub-section (2). After considering the report given by the committee, the council will do as follows:-

(a) If the applicant is a qualified person as written in the schedule and his application is in accordance with the rules and if he has submitted the duties prescribed in the rules in this regard, his name will be entered in the register book. To instruct the registrar to be registered,

(b) If the application has not been completed in accordance with the rules or if the applicant has not filed the fee or if the applicant is not a qualified person as mentioned in the schedule, his name will be rejected to be registered in the registration book and the reason for the same will be opened to the applicant. Notification.

(4) If an applicant's name has not been registered in the register book under clause (b) of sub-section (3) because an application has not been submitted or the applicant has not submitted the application, if the applicant submits another application. If the application is filed, registration of the applicant's name in the register will not be refused merely because the applicant's name has not been registered. The name will be registered in the registration book and a certificate will be given to him.
